Who we are
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchases from IMEIRadiX (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.
The services
IMEIRadiX sells digital services for mobile devices. These services are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Nothing physical is shipped. Each service page describes what is included, what information is needed and the estimated processing time.
We are not affiliated with any mobile carrier or device manufacturer. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that a particular service will succeed for a particular device.
Eligibility and device ownership
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You may only order a service for a device that you own, or for which you have the permission of the owner. You must not use our services on devices that are lost, stolen or blacklisted for fraud. We may refuse or cancel an order that we reasonably believe breaches this section.
Our services do not change a device’s warranty status with any third party, and carrier and manufacturer policies are outside our control.
Ordering and the information you provide
At checkout you supply the IMEI or serial number of your device and, for some services, extra details such as model or network. That identifier is passed to the supplier who performs the job. You are responsible for entering accurate information. Wrong or incomplete details may cause the request to be denied, or produce a result that cannot be refunded.
An order is accepted when we begin processing it. We may decline an order, for example if a service is unavailable for the details provided.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on each service page and at checkout, and are charged for the service as described. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers. You may also pay with store credit where it is available on your account. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect an order that has already been placed.
Processing and delivery
Processing time varies by service and supplier. The estimate on the service page is an estimate, not a guarantee. Progress and results are posted as notes on your order and sent to you by email. Please keep your order and your account email address accessible until the job is complete.
Refunds
If the supplier cannot complete a service and the request is denied or rejected, you will be refunded for that item. Each service on an order is handled separately. Once a service has been delivered successfully it is generally not refundable, because the work has been done and cannot be reversed.
Store credit
Refunds for Services Provided and handled via IMEI/SN are usually issued as store credit to your account wallet. Store credit can be spent on future orders in the store. It cannot be withdrawn as cash. Where an order was placed without an account, or store credit cannot be used, we refund to the original payment method instead.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the store for unlawful purposes or to process devices you have no right to service;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent details, or use a payment method that is not yours;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- resell or misrepresent our services in a way that misleads others about who provides them.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, by events outside our reasonable control, or by decisions of carriers, manufacturers or other third parties. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
