Who we are
This policy explains how IMEIRadiX (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you browse the store, create an account or place an order.
What we collect
- your name and email address;
- billing details you enter at checkout;
- your order history;
- device identifiers (IMEI or serial number) and service details that you provide with an order;
- your account and store credit balance;
- your email marketing preferences, and whether you open or click our marketing emails;
- technical data such as your IP address, and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login.
How we use it
We use this data to process and deliver your orders, keep you informed about progress by email and order notes, handle refunds and store credit, provide customer support, keep the store secure and meet our obligations. If you have agreed to receive them, we also use your name and email address to send you marketing emails (see “Marketing emails” below).
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to provide the service:
- the supplier that performs your service receives the device identifier and service details only;
- our payment provider processes your payment. We do not store full card numbers;
- our email delivery service sends order messages to you and, if you have agreed to receive them, our marketing emails. It uses your data only to send those emails for us.
We do not sell your data.
Your account and store credit
If you create an account, we keep your contact and billing details, your order history and your store credit balance so that you can review past orders and reuse your details at checkout. You can view and update your account details after you log in.
Emails we send you
We send messages about your orders, such as confirmations, progress updates, results and refunds, and account messages such as password resets. These are part of the service you asked for. Please make sure the email address you give us is correct and that our messages are not filtered away as junk.
Marketing emails
we may send you emails about new services, offers, guides and news from IMEIRadiX. We only send these if you have opted in, when you create an account or when you sign up on our website. Placing an order does not sign you up.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing info@IMEIRadiX.com. Opting out stops marketing emails only; you will still receive messages about your orders and your account.
We may measure whether our marketing emails are opened and which links are clicked, so that we can improve them. We never use the device identifiers you give us with an order for marketing.
Device identifiers
The IMEI or serial number you enter identifies a device, so we handle it with care. It is used only to carry out the service you ordered, to answer questions about that order and to keep the order record. Please do not send us device identifiers or other personal data by any route other than the order form unless we ask you to.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the store to work: to keep items in your cart, to complete checkout and to keep you logged in. If you block them, parts of the store may not function.
How long we keep it
We keep your order history and your store credit history for as long as your account exists. That way you can always look back at what you ordered, what each service returned, and where every bit of your store credit was spent or refunded.
If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and contact details. We keep the record of your orders and store credit movements, so that any later question about an order, a payment or your credit can still be answered.
If you opt out of marketing emails, we keep only a record that you opted out, so that we do not email you again by mistake.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for it to be corrected, for it to be deleted, or for a copy of it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time, and you can object to any use of your data for marketing. Write to us at info@IMEIRadiX.com and we will handle your request. We may keep records we are required by law to hold, such as those for accounting.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
